To reserve your spot we must first verify the availability of open spots on the tour you requested. After pressing the “Submit” button we will review your order, confirm there is availability, and send you an email with instructions for how to pay your deposit and/or full balance according to the method you selected above. Detailed instructions will be provided for clients wishing to submit direct bank transfers.

If you are registering multiple people you must resubmit a new form for each person, but you will still have the option to pay for them all together.

What’s included in this price?

  • 9 nights hotel accommodation.
  • Two tour guides (one is a Dutch speaking translator) to guide on the bikes and help around town when off the bikes.
  • Bicycle / Pannier rental.
  • Daily breakfast.
  • Daily lunch and snacks, except for the two rest days on the tour.
  • All brewery entrance fees. (8 breweries on this tour!)
  • Three special dinners during the trip paired with beers!
  • Two train tickets (we’ll be on a train Day 1 and Day 9)
  • A safe location for stored luggage you do not want to bring on the bicycles with you.
  • A Beercycling T-Shirt, beer tasting journal, maps, and a sticky sticker!

    • Confirmation

    Once we have processed your deposit, we will send you a confirmation and receipt of your reservation via e-mail which will include a link to the required rider information form. On this form you will fill out specific information about your bicycle rental, lodging / meal requirements, as well as any special instructions you may have for our staff. Additional instructions will also be provided for how to complete your final payment. We will also verify you have read and signed your Assumption of Risk / Liability Waiver Form, which is due our first day of the tour, or can be scanned and emailed to us at tours@beercycling.com. In addition, we will send you an information packet with suggestions on preparation, a packing and reading list and other tips to get you excited and prepared for your Beercycling Tour! We will also be creating an optional Facebook “group page” for each tour so that you can contact and get to know the other riders prior to your tour!

    Final Registration
    Once we have received final payment we will send out another receipt plus confirmation of your acceptance on the tour. Additional information about our sponsor hotel / location will also be provided at this time.

    Group Discounts
    Groups of four of more people are eligible for a group discount of 50 Euro per person. Please make a note of the size of your group on the rider registration form and we will recalculate the remaining total for each person accordingly.

    Extra Fees for Private Rooms

    Due to high traffic at hotels over the summer there are a limited number of rooms available for our guests. Because of this, there may be a limit on the number of single rooms available. These rooms will be based upon availability. If you are traveling alone and will be sharing a room, we will attempt to match you with the same gender, or a particular person per your request. You ALWAYS have the option to switch roommates during the tour for ANY reason.

    Cancellation / Refund Policy:
    We can issue a partial refund if necessary as follows:

    • 90 days or more before departure date = 100% refund minus bank / credit card feeds.
    • 60 to 89 days before depature date = You wil incur a 50 Euro cancellation fee plus bank / credit card feeds.
    • 45 to 59 days before departure date = Will will incur a 100 Euro cancellation fee minus bank / credit card feeds.
    • Shorter than 45 days notice = We cannot issue a refund after this time due to lodging, bicycle, and tour reservations already being placed.
    We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel a tour prior to departure for any reason, or acts of nature and/or circumstances beyond our control. In this case, any payments received will be refunded in full, and this will constitute full settlement. Beercycling is not responsible for any additional expenses due to a canceled tour, such as the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets. Beercycling reserves the right to accept, refuse, or decline any tour member’s participation at any time for any reason. In such a case, Beercycling’s liability is limited to the actual cost of the unused services.

    Insurance

    In light of the above and due to the nature of Beercycling Tours active vacations, we strongly recommend the purchase of the appropriate travel and personal insurance, including trip cancellation / interruption insurance.
